Think about your own working environment and take some time to reflect on the following questions.
- How are LGBTQI+ students treated? Are they visible or invisible?
- Does your school has policies that address homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying and harassment? Are they implemented? Are students aware of those policies? How about the school staff?
- What of the above mentioned recommendations can be implemented in your school?
- Is the school staff (at least some of them) willing to learn and implement some of the activities where LGBTQI+ topics are discussed in a positive light?
